CHEF CARLO LAMAGNA

Our Gala’s family-style dinner will feature an exclusive menu crafted by Chef Carlo Lamagna of Magna Kusina, a Food & Wine Magazine 2021 “Best New Chef” and a James Beard Award Finalist in 2022.

Chef Carlo brings his love of Filipino culture, family, and his Ilocano roots to the forefront of the food industry in Portland and in a one-of-a-kind collaboration for the gala working with the West African flavors of Chef Fatou Ouattara (Akadi) and the Regional Indian soul food of Chef Deepak Kaul (Bhuna).

Before their family-style, five-course meal even begins, Gala guests will be treated to a “Tastes of TASTE” reception with exquisite bites crafted by six more outstanding chefs. The evening finishes with a roar in a "Desserts and Dancing" party with two more chefs.
